Thai Barbecue Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
    2 tablespoons rice wine (or sherry)
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    4 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
    2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and grated
    2 tablespoons honey
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in food processor and mix, or in a bowl using a whisk.
    Pour over meat of your choice and marinate, refrigerated, overnight (or at least 6 hours).
