1/2 lemon
2 slices fresh gingerroot
1 cup hot water
Preparation

Boil water, add freshly cut ginger root (it is best to peel the outer layer).
Turn off heat, let steep 5 minutes.
Pour into your favorite coffee cup (it's psychological :) Add juice of 1/2 a lemon, a little less if you are not used to having lemon at all.
I sprinkled in some bee pollen here for a boost of B Vit's first thing in the morning.
