Fried Bread And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    1 onion, diced
    8 eggs, beaten
    olive oil
    salt and pepper, to taste
    bowl water
Preparation
    Soak bread in water.
    Try to squeeze as much water out as you can.
    Fry wet bread, diced onions, salt and pepper in olive oil until crumbly and brown. Keep turning it to avoid it burning. Use medium heat.
    Once it's crumbly, add the eggs. Stir until eggs are completely cooked.
