Avocado Milkshake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup 2% low-fat milk
    1 avocado
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup ice
Preparation
    Mix everything in a blender until smooooooth.
    If you want it thicker, add more ice, if you really like vanilla, add more!
    this is a very flexible recipe and really satisfying!
