Green Goddess Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup snipped fresh chives (minced scallions can be substituted)
    1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    3 anchovy fillets, rinsed, patted dry and minced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together until well blended.
    Taste and add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
