Crab & Shrimp Chili (Spicy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 ounces diced tomatoes (use pre-seasoned ones)
    10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
    8 ounces imitation crabmeat (flaked)
    8 ounces pre-cooked shrimp (deveined and tails removed)
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 cup milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
    1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1/4 teaspoon blackening seasoning (I used Old Bay)
    3 dashes thyme
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
    Turn heat to low and let simmer for at least a half hour before serving.
    You can leave it on a low heat setting for several hours if needed.
    Serve alone or mixed with rice.
