Oven Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups uncle ben converted rice
    2 lbs chicken, cut up
    1 lb sausage (I used smoked sliced in chunks)
    1 cup French onion soup (I used campbells)
    1 cup beef broth
    8 ounces canned tomato soup
    1/2 cup green onion, chopped (I used regular onion)
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    4 bay leaves
    pepper
    tony chacherie's creole seasoning, to taste
    parsley, to taste
    1/2 cup margarine, cut up into pats (1 stick)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a baking pan and place pats of margarine on top.
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
