Wagamama Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons shallots, finely chopped
    1 inch piece gingerroot, peeled and grated
    1 small garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
    1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon ketchup
    1 tablespoon water
    3 1/2 ounces vegetable oil
    3 tablespoons light soy sauce
Preparation
    Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or screwtop jar and set aside. Can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
