Cheap And Chic Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 tablespoon oil
    1 large onion, quartered
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 green pepper, in chunks
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1/3 cup water
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon chicken bouillon, powder
Preparation
    Combine beef,crumbs,egg,garlic salt and pepper.
    Form into 10-12 medium sized meatballs.
    Heat oil in large pan, brown and cook meatballs,set aside .
    Pour off fat except for 2 tbsp and stir-fry veggies in pan until tender-crisp,about 8-10 minutes.
    In a small pan combine sugar,cornstarch,gradually blend in water,vinegar,soy sauce and chicken bouillion powder.Bring to a boil ,stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add meatballs back into pan with veggies and pour the sauce over.
