Asiago Cheese Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter, softened
    1/2 cup finely grated asiago cheese
    1 tablespoon finely chopped flat leaf parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients until smooth.
    Chill until needed or roll in waxed paper into logs and chill or freeze until needed.
    Use on breads, steaks, chicken, chops, hot vegetables, etc.
