Stamppot With Curly Endive Lettuce And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg potato
    3 pinches salt & pepper (freshly ground)
    15 g butter
    100 ml milk
    450 -500 g curly endive lettuce
    250 g gouda cheese, in small cubes
Preparation
    Peel potatoes, cut them in pieces and cook in a little water for ca. 20 minutes.
    Drain excess water and add all the other ingredients.
    Mash and stir so you get all the stuff from the corners mixed in as well.
