Boiled Marzipan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups sugar
    3/4 cup water
    350 g finely ground almonds
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Boil sugar and water and bring to 240\u00b0F Add almonds to sugar syrup.
    Add egg whites to almonds mixture.
    Mix well.
    Cool slightly and knead until smooth.
