Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    100 g sugar
    100 g coconut flakes
    100 g walnuts, chopped
    150 g dark chocolate
    10 walnuts, to decorate
Preparation
    Heat oven at 180\u00b0C.
    Beat eggwhites and sugar until stiff.
    Fold in coconut and nuts.
    Bake in round 26cm tray for 25 minutes.
    Melt chocolate in bain marie and cover the cake with chocolate.
    Decorate with walnut-halfes.
    Serve with whipped cream.
