Breakfast Oatmeal Protein Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 banana, mashed
    1 pinch salt
    2 egg whites
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Mash banana.
    Add eggs to banana and beat slightly.
    Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until it is all incorporated.
    Pour into prepared muffin tins or baking cups.
    Bake for 16 minutes at 350 degrees.
