Tator Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
    1 lb frozen tater tots
    grated cheddar cheese
    salt, pepper, Tony Chachere's
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown hamburger and onions. Drain and season with salt, pepper and Tony Chachere's (Cajun seasoning).
    Place tator tots in prepared 9 x 13 pyrex dish.
    Sprinkle hamburger and onions over tator tots.
    In a bowl, mix togethers soups. (you may add a little milk to thin this if desired) Spread over hamburger.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
