Hominy - Green Chile Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans yellow hominy or 2 cans white hominy, drained
8 ounces sour cream
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 can chopped green chili
1 can chopped sweet red pepper (optional)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Set aside half of the cheese.
Mix the remaining cheese with the remainder of the ingredients.
Spread mixture into an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
