Easy Vegan Worcestershire - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos
    2 teaspoons water
    1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon sugar (I didn't use it) (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil over med-high heat.
    Reduce heat and simmer for a minute or so, stirring often.
    Let cool and store in frig in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
