Cottage Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup Crisco
    2 eggs
    3 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 pint berries
Preparation
    Cream sugar, crisco and eggs.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add altenately wtih milk and vanilla.
    Add berries last.
    Pour batter into greased and floured 9\" by 13\" pan.
    Bake 375 for 45 minutes.
