Scandinavian Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb fresh mushrooms, whole
    2 tablespoons onions, finely minced
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon dried mustard
Preparation
    Combine mushrooms, onion, lemon juice, sugar and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for between 30 mins to 4 hours.
    Whip cream until thick, fold in sour cream, salt and mustard. Stir this into the mushroom mixture.
    Serve.
