Veggie Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small zucchini, grated
    1 medium raw potato, grated (peel if you wish)
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1/4 cup grated onion
    3/4 cup egg substitute
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    Mix well.
    Pour 1/2 cup batter on hot griddle lightly coated with cooking spray.
    Fry for 3 minutes each side.
