Ingredients

1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup egg white powder
8 slices bread
1 cup water
1 tablespoon margarine
margarine (for frying)
Preparation

At home, combine the flour, sugar, milk powder and egg in a ziploc bag.
Label: add 1 cup water and 1 tbsp.
liquid margarine.
At camp, add water to bag, seal, and smush to mix well.
Dip bread in mix, and fry in pan.
