Mango Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 mango, peeled and diced
    1 medium red bell pepper, diced
    1 cucumber, diced with seeds removed
    2 chili peppers, green, cut into rings
    1/4 cup of fresh mint, chopped
    1 medium green bell pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/4 cup malt vinegar
    2 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce
Preparation
    In bowl, combine mango, red bell pepper, cucumber, green chilies, mint, green bell pepper, onions, malt vinegar and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce.
    Blend together well.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
