Green Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jalapeno peppers
    2 green bell peppers, seeded
    6 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
    6 ounces liquid pectin
    2 -3 drops green food coloring, if desired
    To serve
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    1 cup jelly
    cracker
Preparation
    Combine ground peppers and their juices with sugar and vinegar in 4 qt.
    casserole.
    Cover.
    Microwave on High 12 minutes, stirring once.
    Mixture must boil.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add pectin and food coloring.
    Mix well.
    Pour into hot sterilized jars, seal with lids and store in refrigerator.
    Pour jelly over cream cheese and serve with crackers.
