Au Gratin Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 1/4 ounce) package au gratin potato mix
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
    3 cups water
    2/3 cup diced carrot
    2/3 cup diced celery
    1/2 cup light cream
Preparation
    Mix potato slices, cheese sauce mix, broth, water, carrots and celery in large saucepan.
    Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Remove from heat and stir in cream.
