Applesauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 -8 medium apples, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar or 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation

In large saucepan, combine apples and water.
Bring to a boil and cover.
Simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cinnamon and sugar and cook until thoroughly heated.
