Pie Plate Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups apples, peeled and sliced
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/8 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon flour
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    4 tablespoons butter
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together, (except for the 1/8 cup sugar and the 1 Tbl. flour, as that gets mixed with the apples.), then cut in softened butter.
    Put lemon juice in a glass pie plate. Peel, core and slice apples, putting in pie plate as you go, mixing with the lemon juice.
    Mix the 1/8 cup sugar with the 1 Tbl. flour, mix into apples.
    Top with crumb topping.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
    Serve warm with ice cream.
