Sweet And Sour Sausages - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 ounce) packages sausages, miniature, smoked
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can peaches, sliced, drained, halved
1 cup chili sauce
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon onion, dried, minced
1 teaspoon curry powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F & grease a 2-quart baking dish.
In a large skillet, brown sausages in butter.
In a large bowl, stir together the peaches, chili sauce, sugar, ketchup, onion & curry powder, then stir in the sausages.
Transfer to the prepared baking dish & bake for 30 minutes, then stir, before baking for another 15 minutes or until bubbly.
