Ingredients

1 cup cornflour (a cup)
4 eggs, seperated
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
vanilla essence
Preparation

beat egg white and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
add yolks and vanilla and beat until thick.
fold in sifted dry ingredients.
bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
