Caramel Cherries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

425 g pitted sweet cherries, drained
1 1/4 cups heavy cream, whipped
1 teaspoon sherry wine
brown sugar
Preparation

Place cherries in ovenproof dish.
Place cream and sherry in bowl and whip until soft peaks form.
Pour over cherries.
Sprinkle thickly with brown sugar.
Cook under preheated grill for 3-4 minutes until sugar caramelises.
Serve immediately.
