Stuffed Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup Ritz cracker
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 slice onion, chopped
1/2 garlic clove
1/2 lb haddock
6 tablespoons fresh crabmeat
2 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons lemons
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Preparation

cook 10 minutes at 350
mix all ingredients add to fish and broil until golden brown.
