Pannkaka Med Lingon - Pancakes With Lingonberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup cream
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    2 cups lingonberry sauce (store-bought, Lingonberry Sauce (Lingonsylt) or your own recipe)
    confectioners' sugar, for garnish
Preparation
    Sift flour with sugar and salt.
    Beat eggs until very light; add 1/2 the milk and fold in flour mixture.
    Add remaining milk, cream and melted butter.
    Bake large pancakes on hot griddle.
    Place 2 tablespoons of lingonberry sauce in center of pancake and roll up like a jelly roll and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
