Aphrodite Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Salad
    6 cups baby greens
    1 cup chopped cucumber, seeded and peeled
    1 1/2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
    1 cup chopped fresh mozzarella cheese
    3/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
    1 1/2 cups chopped grilled chicken
    Shallot Tarragon Vinaigrette
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 cup olive oil
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 shallot, minced
    1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    in large jar, combine ingredients. Cover tightly with lid, shake until combined about 30 seconds. Will keep in ref
Preparation
    Toss salad ingredients together and dress with vinaigrette to your taste.
