Roasted Carrot Fries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups carrots, cut into fry shapes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
3 tablespoons parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
Toss carrots in oil and seasonings, to taste.
Transfer to a baking rack on top of a pan, sprayed.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
