El Paso Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups brown rice
    1 1/2 cups chicken broth
    1/3 cup lentils
    15 ounces black beans, undrained
    15 ounces corn, undrained
    14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup salsa
    1 tablespoon chili powder
Preparation
    Combine together in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 45 minute stirring occassionally.
    This recipe freezes well.
