4Th Of July Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Crust
6 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 1/2 cups sugar
Filling
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
12 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
Topping
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (6 ounce) container blueberries
1 (6 ounce) container raspberries or 1 cup sliced strawberry
Preparation

Beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Add cream of tartar beat until fluffy. Add sugar beat until shiny.
Spread mixture on bottom and sides of 9x13 in pan. Bake in 275\u00b0F oven for one hour; leave in oven overnight.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR!
-----------Filling-------------.
Whip the whipping cream, cream cheese and sugar together on high speed.
Spread on bottom of meringue crust; chill for at least 2 hours.
----------Topping--------------.
Stir raspberries and blueberries into cherry pie filling; spread over cheese mixture.
