Avalon Saute' Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
8 ounces mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1/2 cup dry sherry
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
1/2 ounce Avalon steak seasoning

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Steam for 45 minutes.
