Healthy Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 cups canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 cups frozen spinach
1 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese
Preparation
