Saucy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    2 cups sour cream
    3/4 cup chicken broth
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    6 boneless chicken breast halves
    cooked noodles or rice
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    In a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, combine soups, sour cream, broth , onion, mushrooms and seasonings.
    Arrange chicken on top of sauce.
    Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
    Serve chicken and sauce over noodles or rice.
    Garnish with parsley.
