Pork Sausage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pork sausage
    2 onions, chopped
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    salt and pepper
    2 lbs mashed potatoes
    butter
Preparation
    Place half the sausage meat into greased pie dish.
    Scatter onions over sausage meat.
    Add sliced tomatoes and top with the rest of the sausage meat.
    Season well.
    Mash potatoes thoroughly with butter and seasonings.
    Fork roughly over top of pie.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
