Jarrett House Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tablespoons flour
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Beat sugar, melted butter, eggs, flour, and vinegar together on high for 1 minute until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture into pie shell.
    Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes or until top forms a pale golden crust (inside will be slightly liquid).
    Cool and serve at room temperature.
