Cucumber Mint Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 small cucumber (sml dice)
    1 small red bell pepper (chopped)
    1 tablespoon of fresh mint (chopped)
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1 small onion (quartered & thinly sliced)
Preparation
    Combine vinegar & sugar in a sml bowl & stir till sugar is dissolved.
    Add remaining ingredients & mix well. Serve immediately or chill till ready for use, but allow time out of fridge for return to room temperature.
