Healthy Living Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups old fashioned oats
    1/2 cup almonds
    1/2 cup pecans
    1/2 cup light brown sugar
    1/3 cup unsalted pepitas (pumpkins seeds)
    1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup pure maple syrup
    1/2 cup hot water
    1/4 cup of virgin coconut oil
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275 F.
    Combine Oats, Almonds, Pecans, Brown Sugar, Pepitas and Sunflower Seeds in a large bowl.
    Combine Syrup, water and coconut oil in a medium bowl.
    Pour Syrup mixture over the Oat mixture.
    Stir until well combined.
    Spread the mixture into a large roasting pan.
    Bake for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring twice during baking.
    Remove from the oven, stir in the Cranberries and the Raisins.
    Let cool completely before storing.
