Porridge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup oats
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup low-fat milk
    1/4 cup sultana
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
    1 tablespoon low-fat milk, extra
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except extra milk in a pan and bring to the boil on a medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve with extra milk.
