    5 large potatoes, cut into wedges, skin on
    2 tablespoons morrocan seasoning
    1/4 cup oil
Preparation
    preheat oven to 200\u00b0C.
    place all ingredients in a bowl.
    toss to coat.
    line tray with baking paper.
    bake until golden and crisp.
