Cheesy Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs frozen hash browns
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 cups milk
    2 tablespoons butter (you can use up to 4 for a richer taste)
    1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
    shredded parmesan cheese, light dusting on top
    pepper
    garlic powder, to taste
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    Place frozen (unthawed) hashbrowns in a 9x13 pan.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese and stir lightly to combine.
    Heat milk, butter, and salt in a separate pan until butter is melted.
    Pour over potato/cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes, or until cheese is browned.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
