Hot Jezebel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 ounce) jar apricot preserves
    2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (I like Grey Poupon for this recipe)
    1/16 teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Stir together first four ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill 20 minutes or overnight.
    When it is time to serve, pour apricot mixture over the block of cream cheese on a serving platter and serve with your favorite crackers!
