Mustard Cream Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 tablespoons whipping cream
3 tablespoons mustard powder
fresh lemon juice
salt & pepper

Preparation

Whisk cream and mustard until slightly thickened.
Add lemon juice, salt& pepper to taste (add a little at a time until you get it just right).
Let stand at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before serving.
