Danish Aebleskiver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sour cream
    4 egg yolks
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    3 cups flour
    2 cups sweet milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    4 egg whites, stiffly-beaten
Preparation
    Heat aebleskiver pan until hot.
    Put small amount of melted fat in each cup and add 2 tablespoons batter.
    When batter starts to bubble and edges are browned, turn over with a fork and bake on other side.
    Serve while hot, with jelly and sugar.
