Ham And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups original Bisquick baking mix
1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
3 eggs, beaten
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can green giant cream-style corn
1 (11 ounce) can green giant mexicorn whole mexicorn whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0F Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
In large bowl, mix ingredients. Pour into baking dish.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Cut into squares.
