Smoked Sausage And Green Pepper Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 ounces smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons minced garlic
    2 tablespoons oil
    8 ounces cream cheese
    2 cups chicken broth
    8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute sauage, onion, peppers, and spinach until onions are translucent.
    Add broth and cream cheese, cut into chunks. Stir until cream cheese is melted.
    Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
    Serve over pasta or rice.
